Currently I am having trouble receiving email from this site.  If you have emailed me and not gotten a timely response, please call me at (209) 602-9443 or you may visit my profile on www.psychologytoday.com and email me from there!  I will never claim to be a computer expert :), but we are working in the issue and hope to have it resolved very soon!
